Is There An Effective Way To Easily Compare Printing Services In Terms Of Cost And Quality?

There are seemingly thousands of different printing services out there, but it seems very difficult to compare among them. I find myself visiting many different companies and spending a great deal of time trying to compare them.
There are price comparison search engines for products, but I don’t know of any for printing services. Do they exist? Even just a general printing service price tracker?
There is also the question of quality – do any sites review and compare the quality of services?
Even if there are no quality review sites, simply a good price comparison tool would be helpful. Most printers can make arrangements to provide samples, allowing the quality question to be answered.

What Is The Future Of Arts Education In Secondary Schools?

I want to teach art in secondary schools, but I have heard a lot about how the NCLB has cut it out of middle and elementary schools and cut back significantly in high school. This is depressing to hear as I REALLY want to be an art teacher, preferably high school.
With Obama as president, are their going to be any changes with arts education? Or is one day, the arts going to be cut out of secondary schools forever?

What Is The Best Web Site Or Printing Shop To Get High Quality Photos With Low Prices?

I am a new photographer working for my first real photoshoot and selling the prints after wards. I’ve always gone to Sam’s or from a web site for getting prints from my shoot. I don’t think Sam’s is the best place for getting the best prints. I’m looking for a good website or printing shop that gives me the highest quality photos with a low price. Any suggestions?

Film Production–how Different Is The Quality Of Work Between A Seasoned Cameraman And An Amateur?

I am coordinating a film project in collaboration with a top notch production company. I want to save money by hiring a cheap cameraman from a company who makes wedding videos (I’m in China and theres plenty of those kind of cheap local outfits) to do the filming and turning that film over to the production company to do the editing and post production. The alternative is to have that company do the filming as well as the editing and post production. The filming content includes shots of a school and student life at the school as well as individual interviews. I expect some sacrifice in quality by hiring a less qualified local, but I am assuming it will still be good enough to make a good project, especially with professional editing and post production. Is that a fair assumption? Any advice?
